CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify at 804-497-0273 💕💕 This policy helps protect my time and allows other clients the opportunity to book in. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! ✨If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so within five (5) calendar days of the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling within this time frame will allow your original deposit to transfer to the new appointment. If you do not reschedule within five (5) days, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently. ✨Deposits are non-refundable and the deposit will be deducted from total treatment cost at time of visit, unless appointment is a “no-show”, late >10 minutes, or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice of appointment time. ✨Please be aware of my late policy, I have a 10 minute grace period. Please allow a few minutes before appointment time to use the restroom because my grace period does include your restroom time. If you are >10 minutes late to appointment, appointment may be cancelled depending on providers schedule, or there will be a $35 late fee charged if provider can still accommodate you. ✨ Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the allowed notice window. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment once online through the booking system. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment times. Deposits will no longer continue transferring after multiple reschedules.
